ScanToScopeBackEmail support@scantoscope.com and a person answers. We aim to reply the same business day and always within one business day. Tell us your company name, and if it is about one job, the job number, which looks like RE-32LQBH and sits at the top of the job in the app.
Scan links do not expire, so a dead link is almost always a copy and paste that lost its tail, or a text that got truncated. Open the job in the app and tap Send again. If the homeowner already submitted, the link locks on purpose so a scan cannot change after you have priced it. Email us and we will unlock it.
Room scanning needs a LiDAR sensor, which means iPhone 12 Pro or newer, or a recent iPad Pro. On any other phone the homeowner can still send photos and type the room sizes, and the job works normally, it just arrives without the floor plan. The app tells them which one they are getting before they start.
Photos upload one at a time as they are taken, so a homeowner who loses signal halfway through will have some and not others. Ask them to reopen the same link on wifi and it picks up where they stopped. Nothing they already sent is lost.
Your plan, your card and your invoices are in Account inside the app, and cancelling is a button there. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for. There is no contract, and we do not charge you to export your own data.
Account, then Delete Account, in the app. It removes the company, every job, every photo and every person on the account, and it cannot be undone. If you only want to stop paying, cancel the plan instead and the account stays.
ScanToScope connects through Zapier, so a new lead in your CRM gets a scan link without anybody touching a phone. Email us and we will send you the connection and set it up with you on a call. There is no charge for that.
